    Job Title: Business Development Lead

    Description and Requirements

    We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to drive business growth for our IN Workstation business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing quarterly/yearly business development plans, leading sales goal achievement and growth of assigned enterprise products.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business development plans for IN Workstation business
    • Strategic planning and execution for sales goal achievement and growth of assigned enterprise products
    • Deal management and production of business review documents

    Key Interactions:

    • High-touch interactions with WS team members, key enterprise customers, business partners, and ISVs

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • 10+ years of experience in sales roles within the IN organization
    • Excellent industry knowledge of auto, high-tech, media, entertainment, and distribution businesses
    • Proven experience in business development, particularly with commercial products
    • A strong established network and connections in similar industries
    • Business plan development skills driven by data analysis and execution
    • Strong communication and self-motivation skills

    Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
