Job Description Have :

• 7+ years of experience in the Software and IT industry
• 4 + years of relevant work experience in GCP cloud data engineering
• Hands on in one of the programming languages like Python / Scala/ Java
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on GCP.
• Experience in migrating existing applications and infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with building and maintaining data engineering pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in the implementation of GCP solutions.
• Good track record in system architecture and design
• Good aptitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills, ability to take ownership as appropriate.
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
• Experience working in Agile Methodology
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals
• Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients.
• Create comprehensive architecture and design documentation for solutions implemented on GCP.
• Should be comfortable working in a Hybrid model from the Gurgaon office of the client.

• Any prior experience in working with Financial and Banking Domain
• Any prior experience in working on a migration project.
• Working experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Any Professional level GCP Certification.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Big Query, Cloud Storage, Data proc, Data Flow, GCS and others.
• Strong architectural and design skills, with the ability to create scalable and resilient solutions on GCP.
• Proven experience in migrating applications and infrastructure to GCP, including re-platforming and re-hosting strategies.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, with the ability to implement and enforce security controls.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
• Drive and motivate the team to be agile and follow agile methodology.
• Guide the team technically and give the team direction on how to plan, design, implement, and deliver the projects.
• Involve the team during the brainstorming sessions as appropriate.
• Work with the clients and counterparts (in the US) to drive the project execution.
• Keep all the stakeholders updated about the project status/risks/issues if there are any.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding development teams and providing technical direction.
