    About the Role:


    As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the relationships between the company and its most valued customers.

    You'll take complete ownership for your portfolio of accounts and ensure successful delivery of services.

    What will you do?

    • Maintain healthy relationships with clients through regular communication and other services.
    • Take ownership of business targets to be met from accounts.
    • Coordinate with the internal project teams and senior managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
    • Understand the clients requirements and help the product teams to implement the same in product updates and new product launches.
    • Analyze Account performance against Key Metrics to identify, recommend and execute a better overall strategy.
    • Ensure account renewals and identify potential upselling and crossselling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

    Great to haves:


    • We are looking for someone with at least 13 years of experience as a Key Accounts Manager.
    • Manager/Relationship Manager in the Financial Sector
    • Experience in Supply Chain FInance / Fintech / Financial Sector is preferred
    • Graduate/Post Graduate/ CA
    • An analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills
