- Maintain healthy relationships with clients through regular communication and other services.
- Take ownership of business targets to be met from accounts.
- Coordinate with the internal project teams and senior managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Understand the clients requirements and help the product teams to implement the same in product updates and new product launches.
- Analyze Account performance against Key Metrics to identify, recommend and execute a better overall strategy.
- Ensure account renewals and identify potential upselling and crossselling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Proficiency in communication.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced startup environment.
- Ability to thoroughly understand our platform, its features and to explain the same to clients.
- Strategy oriented mindset and the ability to proactively participate in improving the current product and development of new products.
- We are looking for someone with at least 13 years of experience as a Key Accounts Manager.
- Manager/Relationship Manager in the Financial Sector
- Experience in Supply Chain FInance / Fintech / Financial Sector is preferred
- Graduate/Post Graduate/ CA
- An analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills
