    JOB DESCRIPTION

    POST: Digital Marketing Intern

    ROLE TYPE: Full time (In Office)

    LOCATION: Vasant Vihar, Delhi

    STARTING DATE: Immediately

    ABOUT US

    Boost is a boutique audience acquisition and growth strategy firm. Founded in 2018, we work with the purpose of enabling start-ups and SMEs overcome barriers to scale and achieve greater impact with their strategic and marketing initiatives. The current position is to support mandates in Education, & Healthcare verticals. The founding team comprises ISB, XLRI alumni, a serial entrepreneur (with successful exits) and ex senior management from global leading corporations.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
    • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing website content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
    • Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and share insights with the team.

    SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS required:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with demonstration of academic achievement.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable with data
    • Knowledge, demonstrable interest and understanding of online marketing platforms and best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate Google and Microsoft suite knowledge: Excel, Google Forms, etc.
    • Keen learner, self starter with high integrity
    • Detail-oriented with organisational skills
    • Can-do attitude
