- Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all coworking spaces, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning.
- Ensure that all spaces are properly maintained, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Implement operational processes and best practices across locations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the coworking operations team to achieve performance goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Set clear expectations and KPIs for team members and regularly evaluate performance.
- Customer Experience:
- Enhance the overall member experience by maintaining high-quality services, amenities, and community engagement.
- Address member concerns or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement member retention strategies to build long-term loyalty.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the city's budget, including P&L responsibility for coworking spaces.
- Drive cost-effective operations while meeting financial goals.
- Analyze financial reports and make adjustments to ensure profitability.
- Business Development:
- Identify and target new opportunities for coworking space expansion and strategic partnerships within the city.
- Network and engage with potential clients, business leaders, and entrepreneurs.
- Brand Building & Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that attract new members.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular reports on city performance, growth initiatives, and other key metrics.
- Use data to make informed decisions regarding space utilization, member engagement, and market expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in a coworking or real estate environment.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Knowledge of coworking space trends, technology, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of growing a business or a city-based operation.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
