Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on all aspects of digital products like e-commerce, SaaS or Fintech.
• Should be able to create designs for all digital platforms including website, mobile apps (Android and iOS), and other customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Ensure consistency in design language and branding across all platforms, creating a cohesive and seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital product design.
• Contribute to the development of our design system to streamline design and development processes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on e-commerce platforms and multi-platform projects (website, Android, iOS).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite especially Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile UI/UX.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and accessibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and articulate design decisions.
• Effective multi tasker who is able to find solutions using innovative design lead approach

Nice To have:

• Knowledge of e-commerce platform dynamics and user psychology.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
