    Job Description

    Role Objective:
    Responsible for delivery of Haisha + Dr Fixit Coatings through dealer engagement and demand generation with contractors.

    The role would lead a large team of ~5-8 direct reports (SDE'S – Sales & Development Executives) and ~20-32 indirect reports (Site Specialists)

    The role would have the following key levers:
    Dealer Engagement & Loyalty

    • Choose and appoint the right channel partners to achieve desired addressability and extraction.
    • Engage on key discussions related to loyalty program and key sites.
    Product Development

    • Responsible for development of BTL planning – Approach and BTL budgets in line with the Business Strategy, business plans, Corporate BTL guidelines and inputs from Zonal Manager.
    • Responsible for communication & alignment of the above plans & budgets with the Field teams.
    • Evolve effective ways of working for SDE and Site Specialists viz.
    , site working module and contractor engagement module
    oPitching the right product/solution for site basis site condition and homeowner needs
    oAssess module effectiveness and improvise basis insights
    User Engagement

    • Build deep engagement with the users through "Haisha Parivar"
    • Understanding of End Users / Key Influencers of the product line with key attributes what the end user is influenced / looks for in the product line, develop meaningful segmentation and roll out relevant modules.
    • Responsible for systematic creation of End User database and ensure sufficiency (where sufficiency is measured with respect to End user norms at a town level) in all relevant towns, mapped to relevant dealer set in mPOWER system as per division guidelines.
    User Loyalty

    • Drive adoption of the HCC ( Haisha Champions Club) program
    • Leverage loyalty program to drive engagement with contractor and gain share of usage
    Team Building and Training

    • Ensure that the team is trained on product knowledge, application and complaint handling
    • Ensure training on and adoption of effective ways of working
