- Design a Global Finance Training Strategy
- Design training modules on various Finance topics.
- Delivering trainings with the most appropriate channels (Online webinars, Offline seminars,
- Newsletters/"refreshers" communication)
- Design induction packages for Finance New-Comers ( finance managers/controllers/CFO),
- induction packages for finance team of newly acquired entities
- "Sharing of best practices" approach
- Liaising with Corporate Learning & Development / L&D Manager to ensure consistency in
- process/tools used
- Customer satisfaction
- Integration in the Global Finance Community
- Relevant and timely delivery of training
- Respect of deadlines when working on specific projects
- Positive working relationships with global team
- Qualified Chartered accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience post qualification
- Financial controller mindset
- Experience as a user of one ERP or Accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- NAV/SAP
- Fair knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, PPT)
- Minimum 100 hours training experience
