    Description

    We are looking to hire a corporate finance trainer for a leading services company in Australia.

    Role & responsibilities :

    • Design a Global Finance Training Strategy
    • Design training modules on various Finance topics.
    • Delivering trainings with the most appropriate channels (Online webinars, Offline seminars,
    • Newsletters/"refreshers" communication)
    • Design induction packages for Finance New-Comers ( finance managers/controllers/CFO),
    • induction packages for finance team of newly acquired entities
    • "Sharing of best practices" approach
    • Liaising with Corporate Learning & Development / L&D Manager to ensure consistency in
    • process/tools used

    Performance indicators :

    • Customer satisfaction
    • Integration in the Global Finance Community
    • Relevant and timely delivery of training
    • Respect of deadlines when working on specific projects
    • Positive working relationships with global team

    Preferred candidate profile

    • Qualified Chartered accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience post qualification
    • Financial controller mindset
    • Experience as a user of one ERP or Accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
    • NAV/SAP
    • Fair knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, PPT)
    • Minimum 100 hours training experience
