- Handle incoming inquiries and requests from customers regarding services.
- Leading Scoping calls with customer to gather requirement and document it in CRM.
- Assist sales representatives with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology (Preferred), Computer Science (Preferred), business administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role.
- At least 2-year experience in working for a SAAS based software services-based company either in implementation or sales operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales analytics tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
