  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests from customers regarding services.
  • Leading Scoping calls with customer to gather requirement and document it in CRM.
  • Assist sales representatives with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on Qualtrics product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively support sales efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales support policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales teams on CRM systems, sales tools, and best practices.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology (Preferred), Computer Science (Preferred), business administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role.
  • At least 2-year experience in working for a SAAS based software services-based company either in implementation or sales operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales analytics tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer relationship management.
