Job DescriptionAs a DevOps Engineer specializing in ASP.NET development on Azure, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our platform LQA (Loan Quality Administration).
You'll be tasked with the end-to-end responsibility for specification, coding, testing, and implementation, contributing to the continuous improvement and maintenance of our platform.
Joining either squad Harmony or Synergy, you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Testers, Solution Architects, and fellow developers in an Agile team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of software development throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Develop, improve, and manage the LQA platform using ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and C# (.NET 4.8 or higher).
Design and implement RESTful APIs, handling JSON, WCF/SOAP, and XML data formats.
Utilize MS SQL Server for database management and integration.
Implement for server-side development and Nunit/Specflow for unit testing.
Work with Angular and other TypeScript languages to develop interactive user interfaces.
Contribute to international IT projects, adhering to Agile methodologies and best practices.
Embrace team principles such as failing fast, continuous experimentation, automation, and knowledge sharing.
Place emphasis on metrics-driven development, continuously monitoring and optimizing software performance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
In-depth knowledge and experience with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, C# (.NET 4.8 or higher), REST API development, JSON, WCF/SOAP, XML, MS SQL Server, , Nunit/Specflow, Angular, and other TypeScript languages.
Familiarity with Dutch language (both verbally and in writing) is beneficial.
Active experience or knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using YAML configuration.
Exposure to KnockoutJS for front-end development.
Proficiency in Azure services such as Docker, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps/Services, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine.
