    Description

    As a MERN Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

    Your expertise in front-end and back-end development will be essential in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.

    Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to gather and understand project requirements.


    • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.


    • Develop and implement front-end components using , ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface.


    • Build RESTful APIs and server-side applications using and


    • Create and maintain databases using MongoDB, ensuring data

    integrity and performance.


    • Write efficient and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.


    • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and fix any issues or bugs.


    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.


    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications and ensure seamless integration with the production environment.


    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for improvements in the development process.


    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


    • Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience.


    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.


    • Extensive experience with and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).


    • In-depth knowledge of server-side development using and


    • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including data modeling and querying.


    • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in building them.


    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.


    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines.


    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

    Good to have knowledge of or the Net module of

    Good to have knowledge of Redux and side effects in Libraries like redux-saga or redux-thunk.

    Good to have knowledge of Redis DB.

    Good to have knowledge on build tools like webpack, gulp, grunt, and CI/CD.

    Good to have knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, and Lambda functions.
