- Creative Content Development:
- Design high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms (posts, stories, reels, video content, etc.).
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, promotions, and cross-platform campaigns.
- Work with the photography and video teams to conceptualize engaging photoshoots and video shoots that showcase products and resonate with the target audience.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and additional platforms ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
- Execute campaigns designed to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, ensuring they align with overarching marketing goals.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align creative content with paid media and customer acquisition strategies.
- Cross-Platform Optimisation:
- Tailor content and campaigns to fit the unique requirements and audience behavior on each platform, ensuring maximum impact (e.g., creating shorter-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts).
- Website & Digital Presence:
- Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure content is aligned with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and overall brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the web team to update product descriptions, optimize images, and ensure the website remains user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Trendspotting & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of trends in social media, digital marketing, and the broader industry, bringing new ideas to the team to stay relevant.
- Identify and explore innovative ways to engage customers, whether through influencer partnerships, interactive content, or viral campaigns.
- Collaborative Engagement:
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to monitor the performance of organic and paid campaigns, adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Data-Driven Execution:
- Analyse the performance of all social media platforms and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Utilise analytics tools to track engagement, conversions, and audience behaviour, adjusting strategies for improved outcomes.
- 5-7 years in a creative marketing role, ideally with D2C brands or in e-commerce.
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms, with an understanding of the nuances of each platform.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or other relevant design tools.
- Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) for YouTube and social media video content.
- Experience with social media analytics and performance tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to execute creative campaigns that drive both engagement and sales.
- Ability to merge creative vision with data-driven insights to ensure campaigns are impactful and optimized.
