Salary Range : 35,000/- to 40,000/-Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Graphic Designer who understands that design is not decoration — it is communication, positioning, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should combine creative excellence with marketing intelligence, creating visual assets that strengthen brand identity, improve engagement, and drive measurable results across digital and offline platforms.

This role requires someone who can think like a designer, execute like a technician, and contribute like a business partner.

Role Objective

• Strengthen brand identity and consistency
• Increase marketing conversion through compelling creatives
• Improve social media engagement & performance
• Support sales through persuasive visual presentations
• Build a recognisable visual language for the company

Technical Skills Required


Must-Have:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva (Pro-level efficiency)
• Understanding of typography & layout systems
• Strong knowledge of color theory

Good to Have:

• Adobe After Effects (Basic motion graphics)
• Figma (UI/UX basics)
• Premiere Pro (Basic editing knowledge)
• AI tools for design (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)
• Knowledge of printing standards & pre-press setup
