Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Lawyer role located in Kolkata. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representing the company in legal matters. Duties will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising management on legal issues, and representing the company in negotiations and court proceedings.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to real estate

2. Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to management and other stakeholders

5. Strong communication and negotiation skills

6. Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on real estate or related field

7. Postgraduate degree in Law is a plus

8. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
