- Maintain historical records by maintaining proper date for daily and weekly review.
- Keep update on change in product, services offered by competitors
- Resolve brokers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending regular internal training , giving III insurance exam etc.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
