    Relationship Manager ( Manger /Senior Manager) -

    This job opening is for relationship manager who will handle Mid-Market/SME brokers with span of 10-12 brokers. Candidate should have a good knowledge of commercial line of general insurance business as he/she has to deal for commercial line of business and not retail business.

    Sales Representative Job responsibilities:

    • Serve brokers by selling products and meeting broker's needs
    • New business target through brokers
    • Serve existing account , coordinate with channel partners and internal stakeholder to retain our renewals.
    • Planning and organizing daily work visit with broker for potential business opportunity.
    • Focuses sales effort by coordinating with brokers to know their existing and potential clients regularly.
    • Maintain historical records by maintaining proper date for daily and weekly review.
    • Keep update on change in product, services offered by competitors
    • Resolve brokers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending regular internal training , giving III insurance exam etc.
    • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Meeting sales goals

    Closing skills

    Negotiation

    Self-confidence with Product knowledge

    Client relationship & motivation for sales

    Education , Experience, and Licensing requirements

    Preferably MBA specialized in marketing

    3-5 year of Insurance industry sales experience

    Familiarity with office software and phone system

    Any insurance degree or certificate will have added advantage
