    Workplace: Work from Office

    Requirement : immediate

    Minimum Qualification : Graduate.

    Computer knowledge : Basic knowledge in Microsoft products

    Language : good command over English & local language.

    Package : 30k to 35k PM

    Designation: Air Import Executive on third party payroll for minimum of 2 to 3 years and later will be taken on our roll depending on the candidates performance and opening availability. We are looking for a candidate who would want to start and build their career with us.

    Job Description

    First point of contact to customers.

    Handling air import shipments, right from nomination to arrival.

    Follow up with origin offices for shipment status

    Sending prealert & arrival to customer.

    Checking the documents for correctness and getting the same corrected in case of any issues.

    Timely communication to customer regards to delays.

    Daily shipment updates to be provided to customer.

    Ensuring shipments are billed and are dispatched to customer on time.

    Payment follow-up.
