As a customer technical support specialist at TeamsWork, your role will involve providing dedicated support to customers through various channels such as chat, email, phone, and meetings. You will be responsible for gathering information about product usage and troubleshooting issues with empathy. Additionally, you will need to analyze bugs using logs and screenshots to provide workarounds or escalate issues as necessary.
