    The Financial Services Sales Representative plays a crucial role in meeting business targets for insurance against loans by generating new leads and cultivating relationships with customers. They will cross-sell a range of financial products to meet customer needs and contribute to business growth. The role involves meeting with customers, conducting proper profiling, recommending suitable products, and ensuring seamless sales processes.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    1. Business Targets:
      • Achieve business targets for all financial products as defined and agreed upon.
      • Sell financial products to customers through meetings and counseling sessions.
      • Counsel walk-in and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) customers referred by the company.
      • Conduct proper customer profiling to understand needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance options.
      • Communicate product details effectively to customers and ensure sales are completed as per defined processes.
      • Coordinate with relevant personnel for claims processing.
      • Monitor the data of HL (Home Loan) executives to maximize business opportunities.
    2. Relationship Building:
      • Manage relationships with HL executives mapped to them.
      • Maintain good relations with HDFC Limited.
      • Cultivate relationships with channel partners and DSAs.
      • Build strong relationships with assigned/sourced customers to identify opportunities for various products to meet their financial needs.


    Requirements

    • Knowledge of insurance and financial services products, including understanding competition offerings.
    • Ability to effectively sell products and provide required services to customers.
    • Graduation/MBA qualification with excellent communication skills.
