Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer - Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai, India - Risk Resources LLP

Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business analysts, architects, developers) to understand claim center requirements and translate them into configurable solutions
• Configure Claim Center components and workflows to automate claim processes and meet business needs
• Develop custom code extensions and integrations using Guidewire scripting languages (e.g., Guidewire Scripting Language (GSL)) to address specific functionalities
• Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Champion Guidewire integration best practices and represent integration needs during planning sessions
• Conduct technical skill assessments for developers and provide constructive feedback on their work
• Partner with development leads to assess technical debt and prioritize tasks to ensure solutions are sustainable and productionready
• Stay uptodate on the latest Guidewire features and functionality
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven experience configuring Guidewire Claim Center with a solid understanding of core functionalities (FNOL, Exposure, Incidents, Recoveries, Payments, etc.)
• Experience developing custom code extensions using Guidewire scripting languages (e.g. , GSL) (a plus)
• Experience integrating Claim Center with external systems (a plus)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
