The person will be supporting the distribution team on all digital systems for ongoing business and enhancements
Key Accountabilities
Enablement of existing business, digital products cross sell and upsell enablement, enhancement of customer experience with proper control on fraud and risks during core banking platform migration and amalgamation
Job Duties & responsibilities
·Obtaining and evaluating requirements from distribution team for process and tech improvisations
·Responsible for creating user stories and test cases for various improvements in platform
·Perform various testing at UAT, CUG and Production stage
Training of all stakeholders in the tech systems
Education /Preferred Qualification
Result-oriented professional with at least 2 to 4 years of experience with a proven track record on banking systems. Experience in product also preferred
