    Job Overview

    Sinclus, a Mumbai-based staffing services provider, is seeking a Safety Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Panipat, Haryana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
    • Proven experience as a Safety Engineer, preferably in a similar industry
    • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
    • Familiarity with hazard identification and risk assessment techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
    • Provide safety training to employees and contractors to ensure proper understanding of safety protocols
    • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
    • Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement safety measures
    • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in safety engineering
    • Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments
    • Participate in safety committee meetings and provide recommendations for improving safety performance
    • Assist in the development and review of emergency response plans
