    Experience: 13 to 21 years

    • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
      • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the region.
      • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored IT services and staff augmentation solutions.
    • Sales Strategy and Execution:
      • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Market Analysis:
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
      • Analyze market demands and contribute insights to refine service offerings.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
      • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral and participate in promotional events.
    • Custom Solutions :
      • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
      • Create and present proposals, addressing client-specific needs.
    • Contract Negotiation:
      • Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Performance Metrics:
      • Track and report key performance metrics, providing regular updates on sales pipeline and achievements.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
