    At TNV Method, we're on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who will be the driving force behind our client retention and renewal efforts.     ROUND 1 - ONLINE SCREENING ROUND (MANDATORY)

    Job Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting.
    • Experience in Health, Wellness, Fitness, or a similar field is highly advantageous.
    • A solid understanding of communication tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and proficient in email correspondence.
    • Demonstrated excellence in providing top-notch customer service and maintaining client relationships.

    Online Clinical Dietitian Expectations and Responsibilities:

    • Act as the main point of contact for TNV Method customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
    • Drive the strategy for opportunity identification within our customer base, leading to successful renewals and upselling.
    • Coordinate customer and internal resources to ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and conduct regular check-ins to gauge customer health and satisfaction.
    • Deliver quarterly business reviews to top accounts, fostering strong relationships and ongoing engagement.
    • Gather and utilize customer feedback to preemptively address product or service issues.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, tracking progress and outcomes.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the fitness and health industry.

    Technical Areas of Expertise:

    • Exceptionally skilled in WhatsApp Communication
    • Proficient in Salesforce CRM for customer data management and engagement.
    • Able to analyze data and create insightful reports for strategic development.
    • Knowledgeable in health and fitness to align with customer goals.
    • Skilled in using WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Zoom for customer communication.
    • Experienced in identifying upsell opportunities and managing renewals.
    • Expert in managing multiple customer accounts with precision.
    • Familiar with feedback collection for service improvement.

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Saturday, 8-9 hours per day. Some weekend work on Sundays may be required as per business needs.

    NO INTERNSHIPS or PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY

    Salary:

    INR ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
