- Must have at least 1 full life cycle implementation experience with MNC client in LE (Deliveries, WM, Shipments) module
- Core understanding of SAP WM including strategies, interfaces, custom developments, HU/SU management
- Take ownership and ensures results are achieved. Be a task master and be persistent in approach from start to closure of activities
- Encourage innovative solutions and methods towards continuous improvement of solution delivery.
- Understanding of integration points of SAP WM with manufacturing, procurement & quality
- Collaborates with IT Solution Delivery and COEs to solution and plan capabilities.
- Hands on experience on RF Implementation and resource management at site
- Improve efficiencies in Warehouse Management with the aim of cost savings.
- Engage with stakeholders in understanding business requirements, current system landscape and propose new solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from the Organization's perspective
- Identify areas of improvement by addressing logistics and distribution gaps and improve efficiencies while increasing overall company profitability.
- Develop plans to seamlessly implement projects across multiple releases
- Understanding of SAP Application Life Cycle Management, Solution Manager, and development and methodologies, including business and process modeling
- Consulting role experience with consulting firms, SAP WM and/or APICS certification will be an added plus
- Ability to show Business benefits with doing System design of SAP WM flows.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree Preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years experience in SAP WM Implementation.
- Minimum 1 SAP Full - Cycle Implementation.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in SAP LE-3PL preferred.
- SAP LE-WM or EWM Certification Preferred.
- APICS – CPIM or CSCP Certification Preferred.

Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - SAP Warehouse Management is responsible to analyze business requirements, design, implement and deploy SAP warehouse management solution to achieve defined business goals. Must work with SAP Global team to understand the requirements, follow the standards and governance to deliver SAP Projects in a timely manner. Must be self-sufficient to adopt new Enterprise SAP platforms.
