    Tasks

    • Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
    • Managing the inbound leads via Calls/Email/ and other platforms.
    • Fixing up meetings with prospect clients and coordinating with internal teams for the same.
    • Procuring new clients through direct contact or word-of-mouth.
    • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
    • Work on pitches and coordinate with the internal teams.
    • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
    • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
    • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
    • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
    • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
    • Supporting the Client Servicing team during the client onboarding for smooth transition.

    Requirements

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration.
    • Skilled in working on Ms PowerPoint and MS Excel.
    • Past experience of working in a marketing agency.
    • Great networking skills.
    • Understanding of Digital Marketing domain.
