- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
- Managing the inbound leads via Calls/Email/ and other platforms.
- Fixing up meetings with prospect clients and coordinating with internal teams for the same.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact or word-of-mouth.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Work on pitches and coordinate with the internal teams.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Supporting the Client Servicing team during the client onboarding for smooth transition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Skilled in working on Ms PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Past experience of working in a marketing agency.
- Great networking skills.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing domain.
