    Job Overview

    The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle both chat and voice processes and assist customers with their queries, concerns, and requests. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kick-start their career in the customer service industry.
