Description

We are hiring for Product Owner with a Leading Product based MNC based out of Bangalore.

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software development for banking/ Financial sector.
• Excellent knowledge of AGILE software development methodology, Product Implementation and basic SQL.
• Good experience in Treasury Management, Bank Asset Liability Management including Liquidity & Interest Rate Risk Measurement, MIS & advisory and international financial markets across all asset and liability classes

Key Task:

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
• Hands on with Python, R.
• Well versed with concepts like A.I , deep learning, and machine learning.
• Experience with model validation, model calibration.
• Good understanding of Lending & Deposit products and financial instruments across Equity, Commodity, Fixed income, Derivative and Securitization space
• Sound knowledge of a Software Product lifecycle and data visualization capabilities and functional design - from critical Data points capture to Application design, development & MIS creation
• Work closely with business to define product functionality, features and roadmap
• Maintain and prioritizes the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on features that maximize business value
• Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Subject Matter Expert in the Balance-sheet Management Analytics space
• Sound conceptual foundation in banking, risk management practices and AML
• In-depth understanding of regulations in the area of Asset-Liability Management (ALM) including treatment of on-balance sheet and off balance sheet exposures, scenario analysis & stress testing, sovereign risk, capital adequacy calculation & optimization, reporting standards, liquidity & Rate Risk Measurement, Performance measures MIS & Management
