    Purpose of the role:


    The Lead Engineer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Aware of SDLC and Support processes as required by projects

    Hands on experience with Email Studio, Automation and Journey builder, Mobile Connect, Advertising studio and knowledge of A/B Testing, -Segmentation, and Integration with microsites, websites and landing pages, personalization concepts, triggered emails, campaign waves.

    Ability to conduct end-user training good to have
    Knowledge and hands on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is required.
    Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect, Advertising studio and Personalization Builder for Emails
    Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript
    Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript is very essential
    Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
    Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Clouds contact data model
    Experience utilizing Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration.
    Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units
    Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP) would be beneficial
    Certification in SFMC, preferable SFMC developer and email specialist
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
