We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our best teams. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, devising innovative sourcing strategies, and recruiting top-tier talent to drive our company's success.

Journey Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the company.
• Efficiently negotiate offer with candidates as per the internal recruitment SOP's.
• Verify employment & education documents before offer roll out.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Qualification and Skills:

• MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in bulk sales recruiting and talent acquisition in an Edtech or Study Abroad organization.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent in management recruitment performance data on excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
