Main Purpose: Handle recruitment, KRA and KPI, process definition, and structure meetings.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment :-
Manage End-to-End recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Develop and maintain an updated candidate pipeline.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Define clear KRAs and KPIs for employees across different departments.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance against established metrics.
Provide feedback and guidance to help employees meet and exceed their goals.
Process Definition:
Work closely with management to define and streamline HR processes.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions.
Ensure adherence to established processes and suggest improvements as needed.
Meeting Structuring:
Organize and structure meetings to enhance organizational efficiency.
Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and facilitate discussions during meetings.
Ensure that meetings are productive and action items are tracked to completion.
