    Our client is a large and fast growing services organization. They are part of a large conglomerate and are scaling up 2x YOY.

    They are looking to hire a smart Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for their organization in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment managers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and execute the Recruitment Strategy
    • Own endtoend hiring process, numbers & metrics
    • Managing a team of 45 recruitment managers and teams under them
    • Responsible for hiring across levels
    • Managing Stakeholders and their expectations
    • Ensure Timely & withincost hiring
    • Employer Brand Management

    The Need:

    • PG/MBA in HR preferred but experience is key
    • 10+ years in Talent Acquisition
    • Must have exp in managing a large team (10+)
    • Must Have exp in Hiring for Freshers to Senior mandates
    • Have experience in managing volume/Sales/FOS hiring
    • An experience in Tech hiring is preferable
    • Be able to take responsibility for all hiring numbers & TAT
    • Have experience in hiring thru nontraditional mediums
    • Must have worked in fast moving, high stake hiring environments
    • Stake holder Management, Data insights & Reporting
    • Smart Communicator
