    Job Responsibility:

    • Identify and Recruit New #Channel Partners within assigned territory.
    • Traveling to potential and existing clients within an assigned sales area to present company offering and build brand awareness.
    • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
    • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
    • Evaluate partner #Sales performance and recommend improvements.
    • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
    • Must have a rapport building/relation building quality for long term engagement of business

    • Improved business growth of Electrical & Electronical Products in Various areas.
    • Promoting new products and any special deals in the assigned location. Keep track of competition activity in the market i.e. Competitor Mapping Sales forecasting and control.
    • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
    • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
    • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
    • Having business relation with the existing partners in channel Electrical & Electronics.

    Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in marketing, Communication, Buss Management, or Related Fields.
