    Job Overview

    The Nutrition Manager will oversee the development and implementation of nutrition programs and policies. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position. We are seeking a candidate with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a mid-level nutrition role, with a proven track record of program development and implementation.
    • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of nutrition science, food safety, and dietary guidelines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
    • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in nutrition assessment, counseling, and meal planning.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in nutrition programs.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement nutrition programs and initiatives to promote healthy eating habits and improve overall nutritional status.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Provide nutritional counseling and guidance to individuals, groups, and communities, taking into account their specific needs and goals.
    • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition, and apply this knowledge to enhance program strategies.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and organizations to integrate nutrition services into existing healthcare programs.
    • Manage a team of nutritionists and dietitians, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that program goals are met.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as food suppliers and community organizations, to support program objectives.
    • Prepare and present reports on program activities, outcomes, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in nutrition services.
