    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
    • Create detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
    • Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize and validate business requirements.
    • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments to the solution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and QA to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, MCA preferred).
    • 4-8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
    • Proven expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
    • Strong proficiency in wireframing tools and techniques.
    • Experience with user acceptance testing coordination and execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
