    Key Responsibilities:

    responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applicationssetting up and installing new computers, networks and softwaresetting up user accounts and profiles on the networkinstalling updates, known as patches, to software applicationsinstalling and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Officediagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faultsmaintaining inventories of hardware and softwaremanaging backups of servers, in case of data losskeeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.


    Technical Experience:

    • OS: Windows , MAC and Linux
    • Productivity tool: O365, Microsoft Exchange
    • Antivirus, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD.

    Educational Qualification:

    Technical Graduate or PGFunctional Area:
    IT Support & Maintenance
