    Job Title: Social Media Manager

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
    • Create content, manage social media platforms, engage with customers, plan campaigns, analyze data, measure performance, and improve online presence.
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
    • Experiment with organic channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
    • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
    • Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns.
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3+ years of extensive marketing and social media experience.
    • Preferred experience with a Marketing agency.
    • Great communication skills and design sense.
    • Understanding of branding activities and skills to ideate campaigns for multiple platforms.
    • Experience handling and growing a social media page with at least 200k followers.
    • Experience working with Influencer Marketing, especially paid campaigns.
    • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
    • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

    Compensation:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.
