As a Senior Technical Architect you will play a crucial rolein designing and implementing scalable highperformance softwaresolutions. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience inJava development system architecture and a proven track record ofleading successful software projects.

    *Responsibilities:*
    1.*Architectural Design:*
    Lead the architectural designand implementation of Javabased software solutions.
    Design and review highlevel architecture ensuring scalabilityperformance and security.

    2.*Technology Leadership:*
    Stay abreast of industry trendsand emerging technologies in the Java ecosystem.
    Providetechnical leadership and guidance to development teams fosteringbest practices and innovation.

    3.*Collaboration:*
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding developers project managers and stakeholders to ensuresuccessful project delivery.
    Work closely with clientsto understand their technical requirements and provide tailoredsolutions.

    4. *CodeReview:*
    Conduct thorough code reviews to ensureadherence to best practices coding standards and architecturalguidelines.
    Mentor and guide junior developers fosteringa culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    5. *Performance Optimization:*
    Identify and implement performance optimization strategies for Javaapplications.
    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technicalissues ensuring the reliability of software solutions.

    6. *Documentation:*
    Create andmaintain comprehensive technical documentation including systemarchitecture design specifications and deploymentprocedures.

    *Qualifications:*
    Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Software Engineering or related field.
    Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Javatechnology.
    Indepth knowledge of Java frameworks (SpringHibernate etc.) and microservices architecture.
    Strongunderstanding of design patterns data structures andalgorithms.
    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azureor GCP) is a plus.
    Excellent problemsolving andcommunication skills.
    Leadership experience and theability to mentor and guide a development team.
    Solidunderstanding of software development methodologies andpractices.
    *Additional Requirements:*
    Minimumof 9 years of handson experience in Java development.
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
    Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
