Senior Python Developer - Mohali district, India - Roundglass

Description

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer who will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Knowledge of Data Analytics and Data engineering techniques is a plus from the candidate.

What you'll do:

• Define, develop, and implement backend APIs and services for business logic and data processing.
• Work closely with the research team to design and develop applications and services to provide functionality for data analytics.
• Maintain existing infrastructure in Django.
• Design new infrastructure components and improve existing infrastructure.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Implementation of security and data protection.

Who we're looking for:

• Technical/Computer Science degree from a reputed college.
• Minimum 5-9 experience in backend development or technical skills that will compensate for the lack of experience.
• Experience in Django.
• Experience with Relational DBs like Postgres/MySQL and NoSQL like Elasticsearch, Mongo
• Worked on AWS or any other Cloud Infra Provider
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn additional tools and technologies.
• Integrity and a strong sense of ethics is an absolute must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
