    Position Name : Area Sales Manager

    Job Location : Ahmedabad

    What S/He will do

    • Strong experience in institutional tie-ups with schools and colleges primarily and should also have experience in franchise development. Candidates will also develop franchises in their region.
    • Developing strong relationships with placement officers, principals, and HODs of institutions and universities to general leads and relationships building.
    • Conducting seminars, on-campus training sessions, and education processing to generate the lead funnel.
    • Promoting these promotional activities on social media platforms to cover the maximum audience.
    • Experienced in business development activities, promotion, and branding in the education industry.
    • Tracking and ensuring conversion of those leads to generate the maximum revenue via converting into visa processing.
    • Partnering with business leaders on driving campus hiring initiatives, mapping out headcount, and conforming team and location placement of fungible university hires for teams
    • Prepare a monthly marketing budget, plan, execute & review marketing activities encompassing ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns with maximum ROI.
    • Networking and Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with franchisees, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among the franchise networks.

    Who you are.

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
    • 4-5 years of proven experience in institutional tie-ups with schools and colleges primarily and should also have experience in franchise development.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
    • Knowledge of franchise regulations, disclosure requirements, and legal considerations.
    • Ability to travel 15-20 days month to visit franchise locations.
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in business software and tools.
