Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of continental dishes. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in continental cuisine in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role
• Knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent culinary and creative skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Certification in Food & Production is a plus
• Experience working in a cafe or restaurant is preferred
• Experience as a DCDP or Commi is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the company
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and develop new menu items
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and stock control
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
• Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
