Job Title: End-to-End Development Specialist for Investment Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to provide end-to-end development solutions for one of the largest investment banking products. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling up the latest technology stack by adopting cloud-based services under the Payment Settlement stream.

Main Responsibilities:

Create a comprehensive test pack relevant to Corp Actions, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in the testing process.
Execute test cases with precision, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Manage defects resulting from executed test cases, providing timely resolutions and escalations as necessary.
Suggest new requirements based on identified gaps, driving continuous improvement in the development process.

Essential Skills:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in post-trade & Corporate Actions, with a strong background in IT and Finance domains.
Proven expertise in Capital Market activities, Financial Products, and Financial Terminologies is mandatory.
A deep understanding of the Trade Life Cycle, Software Development Lifecycle, and business requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive collaboration.
Strong documentation skills, with experience in preparing requirement specifications and performing UAT.
Ability to analyze complex IT applications and financial product structures.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with technical aspects of Database management and development environments like Bitbucket and Git.
