    The Opportunity:

    PureSpectrum is seeking a strong Product Manager, to deliver the best-in-class data/software features and solutions for our innovative platform. As a Product Manager for Data Products, you will be at the forefront of our organization's data-driven initiatives, responsible for overseeing the development and management of our data products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data science, analytics, engineering, customer success, and sales to define product requirements, and drive the successful delivery of data products. You will also be part of the Scrum team building out the product pipeline, managing sprints, and guiding developers as needed.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Implement cutting-edge solutions and features that leverage AI/ML techniques to enhance / optimize the performance of the platform.
    • Collaborate closely with the Analytics team to define and deliver performance enhancing data quality solutions and features.
    • Work closely with Product leadership to create and manage a product feature backlog according to business priorities and key issues
    • Work with Engineering lead in planning product releases and manage expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data products, and continuously monitor and analyze product performance against goals.
    • Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to iterate on existing products and drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent
    • 3+ years of product management experience at a SaaS/software company
    • Exposure to cloud-based product development experience
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into product requirements.
    • Strong understanding of data technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, and data visualization.
    • Outstanding communication, documentation and presentation skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
    • Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Confluence, Mongo / NoSQL Databases
    • Working knowledge of Python a plus, but not required.
