- Implement cutting-edge solutions and features that leverage AI/ML techniques to enhance / optimize the performance of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Analytics team to define and deliver performance enhancing data quality solutions and features.
- Work closely with Product leadership to create and manage a product feature backlog according to business priorities and key issues
- Work with Engineering lead in planning product releases and manage expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data products, and continuously monitor and analyze product performance against goals.
- Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to iterate on existing products and drive continuous improvement.
- BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent
- 3+ years of product management experience at a SaaS/software company
- Exposure to cloud-based product development experience
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into product requirements.
- Strong understanding of data technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Outstanding communication, documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Confluence, Mongo / NoSQL Databases
- Working knowledge of Python a plus, but not required.
