    Experience, Qualifications & Skills
    - 5 years overall experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in areas like BTL, retail execution, events, and agency coordination.
    - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. MBA would be preferable.
    - Previous experience working with a counter cultural brand
    - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
    - Fluency in English
    - Eager to learn and contribute to building an exciting brand
    Responsibilities
    - Coordinate external marketing agencies and freelancers to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
    - Plan and execute on-ground events, including product launches, tastings, and promotional activities
    - Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and brand reputation management
    - Implement Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement
    - Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources
    - Prepare marketing calendars and utilisation reports
