    JobOverview:

    We are looking for aChef/cook who is well versed in Indian and Chinese cuisines bothVeg and Non Veg for a tours and travelcompany.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Preparefood items as per the KOTs F&B orders received from the guests
    • Keep kitchen and its areas neat and clean withthe help of a cleaner and on own.
    • Enter foodorders placed by the guest in the Companyssoftware.
    • Ensure the highest quality andpresentation standards.
    • Work closely with thekitchen team to cook and prepare menuitems.
    • Ensure proper portion andarrangement.
    • Store the food ingredients in aproper hygienic way. Control and minimize foodwaste.
    • Comply with outlined safety regulationsprocedures and sanitization.
    • Ensure that allequipment is in good working condition and report any issues tomanagement.
    • Collaborate with other kitchenstaff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served ontime.
    • Recommend special dishes to the customersfrom the food menu. Provide training and learning opportunities tothe junior staff as and when needed.
    • Maintainthe kitchen stock levels and restocking ifneeded.

    JobRequirements:

    • Provenexperience of at least 2 Years as a Chef/ Cook in the Hospitalityindustry.
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Should be well versed in Indian and Chinesecuisines both Veg and Non Veg.
    • Sound knowledgeand understanding of cookingprocedures
    • Experience in the preparation ofdishes out of frozen food items.
    • Knowledge offood sanitation and health codes.
    • Ability towork in flexible workschedules
