    What are we looking for?

    We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Video Editor with expertise in video editing and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms. Additionally, experience in graphic design is an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with the content team to craft creative concepts and storyboards for social media video content.
    2. Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for various social media platforms.
    3. Elevate content with seamless transitions, effects, and animations to engage our audience.
    4. Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios to boost engagement.
    5. Utilize editing software for raw footage, adding effects, transitions, and music.
    6. Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms for targeted content creation.
    7. Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing campaigns, and objectives.
    8. Analyze video performance to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
    9. Maintain organized file management and version control of video assets.
    10. Ensure quality standards and legal requirements for all video content.

    Qualifications:

    1. Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing.
    2. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editing and motion graphics.
    3. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar tools.
    4. Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
    5. Graphic design experience and understanding of social media platforms and best practices is advantageous.
    6. Ability to translate ideas into compelling video content with audio.
    7. Comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and managing multiple projects.
    8. Proficient in providing JSON animations for product use.
    9. Passion for sports and understanding of stock market trading is highly beneficial.
