    **Job Description: **

    As a Human Resource Generalist at NirmalPravidya InfoTech, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the employment process, monitoring employee performance, preparing bid documents, and overseeing administrative tasks. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    1. **Preparing Job Descriptions:** Develop detailed job descriptions for vacant positions within the organization.

    2. **Advertising Vacant Positions:** Utilize various platforms to advertise job vacancies and attract qualified candidates.

    3. **Managing the Employment Process:** Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

    4. **Monitoring Employee Performance:** Implement performance evaluation systems and provide feedback to employees to enhance productivity and efficiency.

    5. **Preparing Bid Documents:** Assist in the preparation of bid documents for projects and contracts.

    6. **Hiring Staff:** Hire new staff members based on organizational needs and requirements.

    7. **Maintaining Staff Records:** Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including contracts, training records, and performance evaluations.

    8. **Leading Teams:** Lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

    9. **Government Tenders:** Possess knowledge of government tender processes and procedures.

    10. **Payroll and Outlook:** Familiarity with payroll systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling.

    11. **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

    12. **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to make informed decisions and resolve issues efficiently.

    13. **Email Correspondence:** Respond to emails and correspondence promptly and professionally.

    14. **Assisting HR Department:** Support the HR department with ongoing projects and initiatives.

    15. **Building Positive Relationships:** Foster positive working relationships with staff members and delegate daily tasks as needed.

    16. **Expense Reporting: ** Compile and submit expense reports to managers accurately and promptly.

    **Qualifications and Skills:**

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Proven experience in human resources and administrative roles.

    Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    **Salary Range:**

    Rs. 1,44,000− Rs. 4,20,000 per year, based on experience and capability.
