Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hisar for a HR Manager

• All compliance certification, License and other all activity related to factory (on roll and contractor)

• Manage all work of department, monitoring the team work

• Distribute and depute the work as per team capability

• Track the team work and motivate and rectify time to time

• Check the all compliance full on time and payment done

• Check the timely salary preparation and disbursement

• Ensure the daily monitoring is going on through software

• Daily Round and observe the proper safety and housekeeping and other admin activity.

• Proper updating of new requirement and execute for hiring

• Observe the proper manpower is present in the company to go smooth work on time as per target

• Time to time taking the feedback from department HOD and other team member including on roll and third party employee also

• Take the decision as required in sudden work like accident and other harmful activity.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

. 5+ years' experience in Human Resources

. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills

. Salary as per experience
