- Experience within "challenging" "target" based sales is a must.
- The person should be a go getter and a spot on sales guy who lives to make incentives by meeting and exceeding given sales targets.

- International Sales experience and being able to engage at the CXO level in big companies is a must.
- Manage top line for the company. Knowledge of the B2B solution and consultative sales is a must.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand company's customer base.
- Good communication with aggressive attitude Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers.
- You are spontaneous when it comes to finding solutions in uncertainty.
- You have a minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C business development in US and/or European market for a software company.
- You have extensive experience in selling software services & dedicated resources.
- You have Persuasion Skills in ability to discover latent needs, formulate & communicate an effective pitch to influence decision-making and close deals.
- You have effective interpersonal skills and ability to build relations with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Proven end to end sales skills - lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, closing and negotiation (this role requires end to end business development).
- You are willing to go extra-mile and hustle to achieve sales goals.
- You have excellent attention-to-detail ability and presentation skills.
- You do not have any timing constraints to connect to prospects and clients at their convenient timings.
