    Description

    About the Role

    As a seasoned Cloud Professional, you will play a pivotal part in driving our cloud-first data center and managed services environment. This leadership role calls for someone who can navigate complex technical issues with ease while effectively communicating with clients.


    Your responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, managing support tickets, leading and mentoring a team of engineers, and participating in root cause analysis to drive long-term solutions. Collaboration with DevOps teams is also essential for improving infrastructure processes.


    Required Experience & Qualifications


    • A minimum of 9 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, including at least 3+ years in a leadership position.

    • Demonstrable L3-level technical expertise in supporting customers across various platforms.

    • Familiarity with Linux systems, MySQL databases, VMware/KVM environments as well as on-premises cloud technologies such as virtualization containers storage networking backup systems Bash scripting monitoring tools like Prometheus Nagios Zabbix SolarWinds ManageEngine or their equivalents.



    In addition, we seek candidates comfortable working within Data Center ISP settings knowledgeable about GPU-based servers GPU virtualization Nvidia BCM; experienced users are welcome too!
