Designation : Senior Team Lead - Operations
Location: Madurai
Industry: BPO / KPO
Salary : 5.50 LPA 7 LPA.
Experience : 7 10 years.
Notice Period : Upto 2 Months.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the day to day planning and problem solving of team members to meet with the required service level components.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Conducting training to team members to maximize their potential.
People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as employee's development.
Operations Management : Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.
Ownership and problem resolution.
Training and development of employees.
Conducting performance appraisal for the team.
Compiling report on team's performance and customer feedback.
Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems.
Active participation during team huddles.
Responsible to send the shift roster of the team members.
Handling the client call.
Responsible to keep the SOP up to date.
Analyse various reports including process dashboards and team performance reports.
Conduct audits and share feedback with team members.

Should have handled US clients.
Should have experience in one of the processes
US Healthcare Insurance
US Mortgage Insurance
US Property & Casualty Insurance
US General Insurance.
US Banking
Should be willing to work in night shifts.
Only male candidates.
Notice period - should not be more than 2 months.
Should possess excellent Communication Skills.
Should have worked in a BPO/KPO Non Voice International process.
Should have 7 -10 years overall experience out of which minimum 2 -3 years as Team leader.
